Living Room:

Large light and airy open plan living room with kitchen, bar stools, large dining table, 8 chairs. 
French windows leading on to large terrace with 8 chairs and 3 tables for al fresco dining and breath-taking views. 
Lounge area comfortably furnished, two large sofas, two arm chairs, Wi-Fi, satellite, smart TV good range of books.

Bedrooms:

There are four bedrooms: Two with a double bed and two with single beds. 
Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor each with large wardrobes and French shuttered windows opening onto the covered colonnade.  The master bedroom, (1st floor) double bed, large wardrobe, antique dressing table and bedside chests, French shuttered windows leading to terrace. 

Bathrooms:

Master bedroom en-suite, shower, WC and wash basin.  Bedroom 1 en-suite, shower, WC and wash basin.
Family bathroom with large bath, telephone shower, WC & wash basin. 
Further shower room with WC and wash basin, access via patio. 

Kitchen:

Fully fitted with black granite worktops, electric cooker, ceramic hob, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and extensive range of equipment. 

Tower: 

On 2nd floor, radio/CD/ DVD player and DVDs

The tower  leads on to a roof terrace with sun beds and amazing views of Sierra de Grazelema. 

Utility Room: 

Laundry with washing machine, steam iron and ironing board, clothes airer. 

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Bathroom and pool towels, linen, electricity and central heating included, Cleaning, and linen changed weekly. 

Covered parking.
